What you can request
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, objection and withdrawal of consent. The practice reviews your request; this is not an automatic permanent-deletion button.
How to send it
Email iatrikobouros@gmail.com, preferably from the address used for your original request. If available, include your appointment code or the broadcast/date of a Live question and the action requested. Do not attach medical histories, national health identifiers or identity-document photos. Only necessary verification details will be requested if needed.
Response and limits to erasure
A response is normally due within one month. Any lawful extension, exception or retention obligation is explained. A request does not automatically erase third-party provider records or legally required medical records. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
